Return Policy

If you wish to return an item that you have received:

Stock items - will receive a full refund when we get the returned item back. Return shipping costs are on the buyer. 

Custom Items - these include items like chains and hanger rods which are made to your custom needs and all commissioned items are not available for refund. Please feel free to contact me I am willing to work with anyone to find a happy resolution. 

Conditions:

All work is handmade and may vary slightly in color size and dimension from the item in the picture but will remain true the general form. The use of handmade hardware is at the buyers discretion a reasonable description of the items strength is provided.
